GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Trip or Tour Quotation
You will be provided with a quotation for the tour that you wish to book. That quotation will be subject to change based on your final booking dates and package. No reservations will be made until and unless we receive confirmation from you in writing.
The quotation is valid for 14 days only and will not vary except for reasons of “Price Force Majeure”. The tour will not be confirmed until BLIS have received your non-refundable deposit.
“Price Force Majeure” will occur if there is an increase in the costs we have to pay to operate your tours as a result of a change enforced on BLIS, over which we have no control, by the relevant park or tourist authorities in the country of destination. This might include an increase in entrance fees or changes in mandatory payments for guide wages etc. These increases may occur without notice, effective immediately.
Safety and Security of Travel
BLIS shall not be liable where any failure in the performance of the contract is due to the fault or negligence of the client; or a third party not connected with the provision of the trip and where the failure is unforeseeable or unavoidable; an event of force majeure or any other unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of BLIS, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised; or an event which the BLIS or its suppliers, even with all due care, could not foresee or forestall.
BLIS shall not be liable for any illness, injury or death sustained on any trip or for any uninsured loss of personal property. All baggage and personal effects are at all times at your own risk. blis will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or accident to any luggage and property. You are advised to check the limitations of your insurance policy in this respect.
